• Fuel Filter Replacement: We start by replacing the fuel filter. For fuel-injection systems, cleaning isn’t necessary unless injectors are clogged.
• Spark Plug Replacement: We replace spark plugs unless they’re platinum, which have a longer lifespan. We also inspect spark plug wires, replacing them if needed.
• Distributor Cap and Rotor: If applicable, we replace the distributor cap and rotor in older models.
• Points and Condenser Replacement: For vehicles made before 1978, we replace or adjust these components every six months.
• Ignition Timing Check and Adjustment: We ensure precise ignition timing to maximize engine efficiency.
• Valve Adjustment: For vehicles without hydraulic valves, we adjust them as necessary and replace the valve-cover gasket if there’s any oil leakage.
• Belt and Hose Inspection: We check for wear and recommend replacement if needed.
